Your friend in success Rob,

Let’s start with a little joke. Why did the stock trader take a ladder to the stock exchange????

Because… he heard the market was going up.

I know I know very silly but hey the joke fits with the current market.

I have picture I am going to upload the solidifies what I have found is the 3 framework blueprint to build long term stock market success that is lasting.

A strong foundation allows for you to live and invest as you live your life. We all have investment knowledge that is specific. Myself I like buying, investing in, and building entertainment businesses. This comes from my daily work in the television industry.

The trading is just a way to expotentially grow your investment capital that you have set aside. Real wealth will always come from 20 years of compounding money by buying quality assets.

 šŸŸ¢ 1. Quick Hit – Market Summary

Market Insight: July 1st, 2025 – July 4th Weekend Ride

The S&P 500 closed today with a slight loss, following a day of sideways movement. There’s no cause for concern over this.

Both the S&P 500 and the NASDAQ hit all-time highs, pushing into major resistance levels. What typically follows? A test of those highs — and often, some level of profit-taking.

As we enter July, we’re in one of the lowest-volume periods of the entire year. This isn’t new — May through July historically have the lowest trading activity, which naturally breeds volatility. This week, heading into the July 4th holiday, is no exception, but this week the difference the big money is at the beach.

Here’s the bigger picture:

  • - Big money is on vacation — and when the big players are out, the market becomes more sensitive to headlines and sentiment shifts.

  • - No current trades: I’ve closed out my SPY position in my main account for a 101% gain. Right now, I’m on the sidelines.

  • - Expectations for this week: The market may continue to move sideways or slightly down. We may see a doji form on the weekly chart, signaling indecision and the end of the up for a time.

  • - Looking ahead: As we move beyond the holiday and deeper into July, mid-month profit-taking is historically likely — especially after a strong June rally.

  • - If support holds after a pullback, expect a bounce. If not, we may see a slow bleed throughout July.

As always, this is not a time for trading based on hopes or fears. Trade the evidence. Trade probabilities.
